The properties, located in St. Paul Minnesota, were used for office; light manufacturing and storage. One was 22,000 SF and the other was 39,500 SF, the respective closing dates were June 29th and June 30th. The properties were purchased by a local investment company.

The properties were listed 4 years ago, but it wasn’t until RREI got involved last September when prospective buyers were found and negotiations were initiated.
